TERMS OF CONDITIONS
THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
✖ Communication will go through Discord, DeviantArt or any way you can contact me.
✖ I have every right to decline your commission if it's out of my comfort zone.
✖ You will NOT throw my art into any AI engine/program. I am 100% against it.
✖ Keep in mind that you are commissioning me for the way I draw things! If not please reconsider.
✖ PG-13 only. (I will do blood/gore.)
✖ All artwork is © me and I'm free to use it in advertisements/upload it/and so forth.
✖ The commissioner is allowed to re-post the artwork with the proper credits.
✖ If I can't finish a commission for any reason whatsoever, the commissioner will be notified and refunded immediately.
HOW TO COMMISSION:
✖ Please specify the commission type you are wanting from my page. If there is anything that interests you that isn't listed on there, feel free to contact me to see if I'm open to try it out/or any questions at all, and I'll gladly give you the information you need!
✖ Once you've noted/messaged me the commission information, wait for me to accept your commission before sending over any money!
✖ Once I have accepted your commission, I will be asking you to send over the payment.
(I usually provide WIP's first depending on the commission type!)
✖ If a commission has been cancelled before work has been done, you'll get a full refund.
✖ If a commission is cancelled after work has been started, only partial refund can be issued, since time and labor has already been invested.
✖ I only accept PayPal as payment method at the moment.
